It has been a superb effort by Scotland track and field athletes at the CPISRA Games in Nottingham over three days from Thursday to Saturday last week.
World records for Shelby Watson and Gavin Drysdale and a string of medals were the highlights by the Scotland contingent.
Here are the updates from each of the three days sent to scottishathletics by Ian Mirfin on the CPISRA event in Nottingham.

Saturday: The final day started well for the Scottish contingent with a second world record from Shelby Watson in the T33 1500m in 4.55.85, wiping almost 10 seconds from a 14-year-old record.
That makes it five golds this week for Shelby; and Nathan Blackie and Gavin Drysdale matched that total with wins in the wheelchair 100m and 1500m and race running 100m/1500m respectively. Ewan Waite added 1500m silver to his earlier golds in 800m and 3000m, narrowly missing gold.
Jason Maclean set a new pb in shot putt winning a bronze medal in the process and Amy Currie won 100m T37 bronze. Lewis Clow was fourth in the men’s T37 100m.
In the last event of the day, the 4 x100m relay, Ewan Waite and Lewis Clow teamed up with two Australian athletes to race as the ‘Scaussies’ and came home well ahead of the other five teams including Austria, Ireland and three English teams.
Friday:
Highlight of the Scottish performances on a day when Scotland won a further seven gold, two silver and two bronze medals was a world record by Gavin Drysdale in the 200m race running event in 38.15.
Shelby Watson added 200m and 800m wheelchair gold to take her total to four golds overall and Nathan Blackie added 200m wheelchair gold to his double gold on day one.
Ewan Waite won his second gold of the championships with victory in the 3000m and Graham Condie won his second and third gold medals in the seated shot and discus. There were silver medals from Jason Maclean in the long jump and Amy Currie over 200m. Amy Currie added long jump bronze and Lewis Clow picked up a bronze medal over 200m
Thursday:
A great day for the Scots with eight gold medals and a world record.
Shelby Watson was the star performer winning gold in the T33 wheelchair races over 100m (22.40) and 400m in a new World record time of 74.46 taking over one and a half seconds from the old record.
Nathan Blackie won double gold in the T34 400m (64.80) and 800m (2.12.35). Another double gold medal winner was Gavin Drysdale in the race running events over 400m (80.56) and 800m (3.02.06) In the T35-38 800m there was a gold for Ewan Waite on his Scotland debut in 2.23.21 and Graham Condie won the seated discus competition with a personal best throw of 13.50. Lewis Clow just missed out on a medal, in the T37 400m, finishing 4th in 66.07
