Athlete and Coach Training Session

Grangemouth Stadium Sunday 11 January 2015

The fourth of our winter training sessions for young hammer throwers and their coaches will take place at the Grangemouth Indoor Arena on Sunday 11 January 2015.

All young and new hammer throwers are invited. Coaches and parents who wish to develop their knowledge of the event are very welcome.

Please assemble at 9.30am for 9.45am start with a 12.30pm finish. There will be a charge of £3 to cover the cost of the venue

Lead Throws Coach for the session will be Jim Green assisted by Don McLeod. For the Strength and Conditioning sessions, Karen Costello will lead.
