The scottishathletics Annual Dinner will be held in November this year – and where better as a venue than Hampden Park.
We’re heading back to the scene of the Commonwealth Games track and field and some marvellous memories during a great summer in Glasgow.
Saturday 22 November is the red letter date and, of course, a key part of that showpiece occasion will be the scottishathletics and jogscotland awards.
People Make Athletics is one of our mantras and there’s no better way to sum-up what happens on an evening when we formally recognise many of those who make a huge commitment to our sport; every month, every year.
And we want YOU involved with nominations required across a series of 2014 Annual Awards categories – with the presentations to be made at the dinner.
These do not include the KUKRI Athlete of the Year prizes – the short-lists for these are picked by a selection panel.
So, we’re looking for help in choosing contenders in Clubs, Coaches, Volunteers and Partnership awards with scottishathletics committed to recognising and rewarding the dedication, commitment and success of coaches, officials and volunteers who contribute so much to our sport.
Check out full details on each of the awards in the four categories on a special page on this website.
All nominations should be sent to Jim Goldie by email or post
Email: Jim.Goldie@scottishathletics.org.uk

CLOSING DATE FOR NOMINATIONS: 12 NOON on 18 OCTOBER
