Athlete and Coach Training Session

Grangemouth Stadium Sunday 8 February

The penultimate of our winter training sessions for young hammer throwers and their coaches will take place at the Grangemouth Indoor Arena on Sunday 8th February 2015.

All young and new hammer throwers are invited. Coaches and parents who wish to develop their knowledge of the event are very welcome.

Please assemble at Grangemouth at 9.30am for 9.45am start with a 12.30pm finish. There will be a charge of £3 to cover the cost of the venue.

Lead Throws Coach for the day will be Jim Green assisted by Bill Main. For the Strength and Conditioning sessions, Karen Costello will lead, assisted by Don McLeod.
