Annual General Meeting – 24 September

Saturday 17th September 2016

The scottishathletics Annual General Meeting will take place at the Emirates Arena in Glasgow on the morning of Saturday 24 September.

Clubs are encouraged to send a representative to the AGM and to read the final paperwork sent to Club Secretaries during the week.

Particular note should be made to the voting procedures. Proxy forms must be fully completed and returned to the Company by 12 noon on Friday 23 September. Post, fax, hand delivery and email to dawn.allan@scottishathletics.org.uk are all acceptable methods.

Fully completed voting mandates must be presented at the AGM, and must be signed by someone other than the representative. The Period covered by this AGM is the financial year from April 1 2015 to March 31 2016.

In addition, clubs who have failed to complete and return the annual affiliation form with full payment prior to the AGM, will not be entitled to vote.

The meeting will start at 10am on Level Five at the Emirates Arena with tea/coffee served from 9.30am.

With the Coaching Conference taking place that day, there may be an opportunity for someone to attend the AGM and then the Conference but please note you should already be signed-up for the Conference in order to do so.
