Clubs urged to enter SUPERteams

Ayr’s Dam Park Stadium will be the place to be for young Scottish athletes next month.

Saturday 18 June is the date for our hugely popular SUPERteams event for U12 athletes and we’re looking now for entries online via clubs.

Entries close on May 29 so we are urging all parents, coaches and club managers to get together now and submit names to us – thanks.

Due to the increasing popularity of the SUPERteams, we have made the following changes to the entry process:

Clubs are encouraged to enter as many teams as they wish for this event, however club’s will only be guaranteed two girls teams and two boys teams. Any additional teams entered will be placed on a waiting list and if there are spaces remaining after all clubs entries have been processed they will be allocated accordingly.

The events on the day will be as follows;

75m sprint; Turbo Javelin; Long Jump; 4 x 100m Relay

The online system is set up to accept two boys and two girls teams only, any additional teams can be submitted by emailing events@scottishathletics.org.uk

Payment for additional teams will be processed if required.
