Our Throws Grand Prix Series has already featured two events and we’ve been delighted with the response from the throws community.
Now the time is right to enter for the third meeting – which is again at Craigswood in Livingston – and takes place on Saturday 23 July.
More than 100 entries have been received so far for July 23 and online entries will close on July 15. Please note that there are no entries on the day and no late entries.
More than 150 athletes entered for the last meeting with some fine performances that day, particularly in the hammer.
Entries are open online via the specific page for the Throws GP at Livingston on July 23 and cost only £5 so please do get your entry in with us before that July 15 deadline.
Moving to no entries on the day has eased the organisation of these events and the most recent meeting ran more smoothly as a consequence.
As always, we’re indebted to the scottishathletics officials and volunteers who support these Throws GP events – your support is much appreciated.
Remember, Competition – It’s What You Train For.
With thanks to Hugh Murray, National Coach Mentor (Throws)
